Once again for Valentines Day Emily and were able to get some lobsters sent to us from Maine, this time courtesy of a gift card her brother Chris and wife Julia sent us. I spent a bit more to get 2.5lb jumbo ones as I have a weakness for the crustaceans! After cooking them up for a bit we then sat down for a two hour long meal of tearing through the hard shell buggers. 
Even in the middle of a crappy work week the lobsters combined with a nice bottle of wine and the wonderful company of the love of my life cheered me up! Another great valentines day (although two days late actually) for Emily and I. I love you baby!
