This is a blog about our life. I use it as a journal of our life events so we can clearly remember everything later in life. I try to make it an interesting read for our family and friends as well. Please feel free to comment on anything and share any of the blog posts on social networks. Also, after the page has done loading click any of the photos in the post for a larger pop-up.

Black Rock Ride Without a Left ACL
Category:
Biking
This morning I got up and played a round of disc golf with the boys at Adair Park. Emily was skiing with friends at Mt. Hood and I refused to just sit at home on the couch because of my busted knees. For weeks now I’ve been walking around on it just fine without any pain unless I try to pivot or make a skiing movement. Therefore, I thought I would give mountain biking a try. I biked up to the top of Black Rock in the afternoon to find about two inches of snow at the top. It was a little sketchy biking because of how slippery it was and if I fell my knee might be far worse. Ultimately it all worked out and I had a great time bombing down the Bonzai Trail.
