Valentines Day 2010

For my birthday last summer my mom got me a gift certificate for Legal Seafoods

so that I could order lobsters for Emily and I. I waited until Valentines Day and ordered the Valentine special of a quart of clam chowder, two 1.5lb lobsters, and two boston cream pies for desert. It was a lot of money, even with the gift certificate, but I’ll say damn was it a great meal. Emily and I had a relaxing day of hanging out around the apartment and checking out the new Trader Joe’s in town where we bought some stuffed salmon to go with the meal too. After a quick steam of the lobsters and heating up of the soup we dug in. Everything was fantastic! It’s so rare that we get to eat lobsters out here. A great 4th valentines day for us, but only the 2nd we’ve spent together. Yum! Don’t ya just love the fact that we even put on the bibs!
